The Human Rights Platform aims to promote compliance with human rights and fundamental freedoms, as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, international human rights acts and the laws applied in Kosovo.

This platform provides two sets of guidelines: “Human Rights Guidelines” and “Guidelines on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to human rights”. These two guidelines will serve to provide easier and practical access to local and international jurisdictions through structured links between legal and judicial instruments (the practice of the European Court of Human Rights) which apply directly to the Republic of Kosovo's legal system, as well as to demonstrate the links between the Sustainable Development Goals and fundamental human rights and freedoms.

The platform provides useful information to all subjects of the law, including citizens, law practitioners, judges, prosecutors, national human rights institutions, educational institutions, civil society organizations, businesses, students, and all concerned parties.
